Swift: your primary tool for ONEOK refined fuel terminals.
Included: Your Participation Trophy 🏆
What Swift did is historic and transformative. Being a part of that history is thrilling. And, you know what?! You are a part of the history, too.
A month and a half ago, legacy ATLAS, our refined fuel product for over 30 years, transitioned to Swift, a web-based, mobile-friendly platform.
Is Swift perfect? Is this the end? Swift isn't done. No way. We're just getting started.
Below explains options with details about what's available, ways you can answer questions as you engage with us, and resources when you encounter areas of the software you may still need to learn and understand.
So, let's dig in.
We're Committed.
We understand that transitioning to a new platform can be challenging, and we want to assure you that we are committed to making Swift the best it can be. Your feedback and patience during this process have been invaluable and greatly appreciated.
Our teams continue to enhance opportunities to share Swift resources with you. We aim to help you use Swift to simplify your engagement and operate quicker and more efficiently. Swift is mobile-friendly, meaning you can do your job on the go anytime, anywhere.

Swift Sessions
In the months leading up to 2/20, we hosted twice-a-week webinars to train and bring a deeper understanding to various Swift features. Each session, which was recorded for later viewing, was led by the Swift product team who demo'd features and showed the ways Swift operates differently than legacy ATLAS. We concluded each Swift Session with a live Q&A.
These recordings mean you can revisit the sessions at your convenience, ensuring you don't miss out on any valuable insights, even if you couldn't attend live.

Understanding Release Notes
As we said, Swift isn't done. To enhance Swift, product releases are required. This means that fixes for current issues or customer-requested enhancements are pushed into Swift for all users. These updates are documented in release notes and communicated to you through email. We also store these notes via our release notes page.

Swift Support
Accessing Swift is critical. We know that users want answers at their fingertips. So, as we headed toward 2/20/24, our customer technology team developed a guided support page to help you better understand how you can work through top troubleshooting scenarios, visual guidance on ensuring you have access to all required platforms, and provide the ONEOK help desk number to call for additional assistance.
While the goal of this support page is to help you solve your problems by answering a series of short questions, we are frequently updating our support process to ensure that all of your potential concerns are covered.
To see it in action, head over to the Support page. -> Swift Support
Knowledge Base
Swift's pop-up assistance feature is a self-service workflow of articles designed to guide, assist, and provide helpful answers. Simply type a word or phrase in the pop-up to get started. The suggested articles will help you find the answer to your question, enhancing your experience.
Have you used this within Swift? Whether a new feature or some other scenario, the pop-up is perfectly placed within Swift to ensure you have the answers at your fingertips.
